About you
We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to support our Executive leadership team at Noosa Hospital, covering leave over a 12 month period.
In this role, you will support the CEO, Director of Clinical Services and Director of Finance and Support Services, ensuring seamless coordination in an efficient and effective manner.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Diary and email management of Executive team
- Communication with Doctors, internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing and distributing correspondence
- Meeting & committee coordination and minute taking
- Compliance documentation and database management
- Maintaining medical staff credentialling database
- Organisation of events and hospital wide communications
Your advanced time management skills and exceptional organisational skills will be essential in ensuring smooth day to day management. Your highly developed interpersonal skills provide a service-orientated professional experience with key stakeholders.
Experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant is desirable.
About the opportunity
You will be responsible for providing high level executive secretarial and administrative support to the executive leadership team ensuring smooth daily operations.
You will provide a high level of customer service, handling confidential information in a professional manner, and carry out other duties deemed necessary by the executive leadership team.
Your Skills and Experience
• Professionalism, discretion and a strong sense of initiative
• Extensive diary, email management and call screening experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, efficient, and confident in liaising with people of all levels (internal and external)
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in arranging domestic travel and accommodation as required.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience in a similar role (desirable)
• Previous experience in health services industry or hospital mainframe systems (desirable)

Requirements
• Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
