An opportunity currently exists for an experienced administrative professional to provide support to the Executive team in the role of Executive Assistant.

 

About the role

To provide support to the relevant executive team members and ensure provision of administrative and secretarial services in order to achieve organisational goals and excellence in service delivery.

To have a thorough understanding of the importance of being able to protect the integrity and confidentiality of information across the responsibilities required of the role.

Property management including negotiating leases in conjunction with the DOF/CEO establishing and monitoring leases.

 

Your Skills and Experience

Essential.

  • Effective communication both written and verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
  • Strong customer services skills
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft programs ( i.e. Word Excel Outlook)
  • Proven ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes.

Desirable

  • Pervious experience in a similar role
  • Degree/Diploma in office administration
  • Other health service experience

 

Key Accountabilities & Position Deliverables

  • Effectively and efficiently liaise with all levels of staff, management, accredited practitioners and external organisations.
  • Prepare agendas and accurately maintain minutes and records of major meeting/events as required.
  • Prepare, format and deliver documents to the appropriate parties as directed by the relevant Executive member/s
  • Plan and coordinate functions and special projects.
  • Ensure the maintenance of Visiting Medical Officers and Health Professionals e-files in relation to Credentialing and granting of Medical Privileges.
  • Data entry and follow up of accredited practitioners’ documentation as required.
  • Using Equifax to review, maintain, liaise, and communicate with accredited practitioners as required.
  • Calendar management, meetings coordination, inquires management and other general office duties.

Requirements

  • Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
  • According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
