About the Role
The Supply department procures and manages the delivery of a wide range of clinical and non-clinical consumables, equipment, and capital items across the Hospital. The department operates on a daily ward replenishment cycle and uses SAP to manage all inventory transactions.
The successful person will be responsible for ward stock replenishment in critical care areas, unpacking stock, the delivery of supplies, some relief Goods receivals, and much more. Overall, you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient supply service for the Hospital.
You will work alongside a professional team and report to the Supply Manager.
About you
You will be a highly organised and process focused professional with previous experience in a stores or warehouse operation. Crucial to this role will be a high level of accuracy time management skills with a strong team focus.
You will also demonstrate:
- Experience in working in a service focused, busy supply environment
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Proven ability to successfully undertake complex tasks and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Experience with SAP and RF Scanners (desirable)
- Sound computer skills (experiencing using MS Office programs)
- Available Monday to Friday between hours 7.30am to 4pm
Remuneration
Hourly rate ranging from $26.50 - $31.98 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications. (QLD Level 1 Year 1 - QLD Level 2 Year 4 )

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
