As a Change Manager within the transformation office, you have the unique opportunity to make your mark on how our people are supported through and adopt the changes that help Ramsay evolve its digital capability and the way we care for our patients.

The Change Manager will focus on the strategic change management to ensure the successful implementation of transformation initiatives nationally, across all Ramsay hospital and Health Services sites. The initiatives aim to increase the efficiency and coordination of patient care through the use of digital solutions.
You will plan and lead implementation activity as it relates to change, communication and stakeholder engagement. Your focus will be supporting our employees in adopting changed business processes, technology, and ways of working.
Your influence, expertise and can-do-attitude will play a vital role in ensuring organisational change-readiness, adoption and uptake.
To excel in this role, you will have experience leading end-to-end digital and business change initiatives in large and complex organisations. You will also have a deep understanding of contemporary change frameworks and tools, as well as their practical adaptation to different organisational contexts.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Works closely with project teams to deliver project change requirements
- Applies a structured methodology and leads change management activities end-to-end including diagnosis, planning, implementation, embedment, and adoption.
- Leverages a change management methodology, process, and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Assesses the change impact through conducting stakeholder analysis, impact analyses and change readiness.
- Supports communication efforts across the portfolio and enables the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
- Supports training efforts by providing input, documents requirements, assesses training gaps and supports the design and delivery of training and learning programs.
- Manages stakeholders through the ability influence and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Prepares adequate reporting and documentation to track progress and risks
Key Skills Required
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (i.e. ADKAR, Kotter, Lean Change).
- Capability to plan, adapt and deliver as part of a cross-functional team.
- Active listening skills and curiosity.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, and ability to distil key messages that resonate with stakeholder groups.
- Polished professional communications skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant change management certification/qualification.
- Experience working with a variety of project delivery methods (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid)
- 3-5 years of experience in change management or organisational development, with a proven track record of successfully driving major organisational changes.
- Experience working in healthcare, or in health systems industries (desirable).
