Medical Receptionists to join our Administration team! Permanent full-time position now available for the right candidate!

About the Role

You will be joining our Administration team and be responsible for providing a comprehensive customer focused service to all aspects of the sessional suites.

You will effectively undertake administrative duties. Providing a high level of customer service to all staff, patients and families, you will be committed to maintaining effective interpersonal relationships and work in harmony with a collaborative and constructive team.  

Your Skills and Experience

• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, ideally in a mental health/psychiatry setting
• A positive and welcoming customer service skillset
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team
• Experience with patient management systems (Meditech) will be highly regarded
• Strong computer skills with a clear understanding of the MS Office suite
• Any relevant administrative qualifications will be highly regarded
