The Role
Our 8 chair Day Infusion service specialises in the care and support of patients requiring ongoing medical care, for services including infusion and cytotoxic therapies for chronic illness and cancer including chemotherapy, haematological treatments, iron infusions, blood infusions and specialist drug infusions.
You will work alongside our specialised and highly experienced team, who are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients in a comfortable, safe, and relaxed environment.
Your Key Skills and Experience
- Relevant Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within an acute care environment.
- Experience in infusion and oncology will be highly regarded
- Must be chemotherapy and CVAD competent
- Cannulation competency desirable.
Remuneration: A base hourly rate ranging from $40.47 - $52.19 + superannuation and applicable penalty rates, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/RM Level 1 gr2-8).

The Hospital
Caboolture Private Hospital is a fully accredited surgical and medical hospital situated in the outer Northern reaches of Brisbane - at the southern end of the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Caboolture Private is a Preferred – Tier 1 Department of Veterans Affairs accredited hospital which allows Veterans to have immediate access to the facilities without, in most cases, the need for prior approval.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
