At Ramsay, we have a portfolio of transformational work to uplift Ramsay Australia with digital capability for patients, clinicians and staff. Projects range from electronic medical records, patient portals, identity and access management through to core medical systems upgrade and integration.
We are seeking professionals with digital delivery experience to lead value propositions, requirements, product selection, design, build and implementation.
This role will suit an energetic, self-motivated individual with strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration and communication skills. The ideal candidate excels both in teamwork and independent work and is keen to contribute their dynamic skills to a collaborative environment.
Your Key Skills and Experience
- Experience of digital services and operations.
- Experience in supporting RFP processes, requirements and recommendation papers or packs.
- Confident in leading shaping of ideas and concept patient journeys to requirements, through to user journeys and business capabilities.
- A structured approach to capturing requirements, either in use cases, Agile backlog or waterfall document formats.
- A good understanding of the separation between business needs, functional requirements, capabilities and non-functional requirements.
- Experience with working with electronic medical records, patient portals, health applications, medical platforms and systems integration is highly regarded
- Knowledge of estimation and sizing processes is highly regarded
- Pipeline, backlog or similar prioritisation experience is highly regarded
- Whiteboarding, development of wireframe proofs of concept or similar ideas visualisation.
- Experience of working with sponsors, product owners and systems experts in translating requirements to platform capabilities is highly regarded.
