About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Radiographer & Radiation Safety Officer to join our Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory team at Pindara Private Hospital.
The Pindara Private Hospital Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory provides 24/7 emergency cover utilising state of the art technologies to enable a comprehensive range of procedures and provides the community with a valuable, lifesaving service.
As a Cath Lab Radiographer, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering high quality care to patients and clients who access angiography services, along with the provision of clinical and provisional support to other team members in the angiography suite.
Your Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have excellent communication and customer liaison skills. You will be flexible, self-motivated and will have the ability to work independently or as part of a team and can manage multiple relationships with various stakeholders.
Essential Criteria:
- Current Radiation Use licence
- Current AHPRA registration
- Relevant qualifications in Radiography/Medical Imaging/Radiation Safety
- Previous experience in Cardiac Catheter Lab
- A strong desire to learn and develop your career in Cardiovascular Cath Lab Procedures
- Commitment to on-going professional development
- Proficiency in the use of computers including Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent work ethic, time management skills and the ability to successfully work within a fast paced environment
Remuneration
On offer is an hourly rate ranging from $39.56 - $66.57 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications. Exclusive of penalties and allowances.

About Our Hospital
Pindara Private Hospital is a 348 bed acute medical/surgical and maternity hospital serving the northern end of the Gold Coast. We have been a leading healthcare provider for this community for more than 50 years. The Hospital is serviced by 18 onsite operating theatres, a cardiac catheterisation lab, 2 dedicated endoscopy suites, a 9 bed ICU and a 5 Bed CCU; five luxurious delivery suites, 25 maternity beds and a 16-cot special care nursery, and a specialised 13 bed paediatrics ward
Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require (a Working-With-Children check and – Please Remove) proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
