About the Role
The Maternity Unit at North West Private Hospital is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Clinical Nurse/Midwife to join our high performing and energetic team.
This direct leadership role will see you supporting the Nurse Unit Manager and act as a professional resource, leader, and support person for your fellow team members, and to provide patients with a high standard of dedicated and specialised care.

Your Skills and Experience
You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:
- Current dual registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse/Midwife
- Minimum four years’ experience working across all aspects of maternity care
- Relevant post graduate qualifications will be highly regarded
- A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance
- Clinical leadership experience is desirable but not essential
Remuneration
A base hourly rate ranging from $52.86 - $56.93 + superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD Registered Nurse/Midwife Level 2).

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
