The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Business Partner to support our corporate departments. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on a wide range of HR matters including employee relations, performance management, and organisational design. Additionally, you will implement talent and workforce strategies, and support strategy execution.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must be highly collaborative, able to quickly build credibility and trust, and demonstrate strong mental agility with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. A hands-on approach to achieving results and a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes are essential.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with leaders to understand their business objectives and develop People strategies that align with Ramsay’s goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on a range of HR matters, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Drive the implementation of People initiatives, such as leadership development programs, employee engagement strategies, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Collaborate with the broader People function to ensure seamless delivery of HR services, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and learning and development.
  • Analyse workforce data to identify trends, assess risks, and recommend solutions to enhance organisational effectiveness.
  • Support the development and execution of change management plans during organisational transformations or new initiatives.
  • Lead efforts in employee relations, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to resolving workplace issues and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience supporting corporate functions such as Finance, IT, Marketing, or Legal.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of working effectively both in team settings and independently.
