The Opportunity

Pindara Private Hospital is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Clinical Nurse to join our high performing and energetic Theatre team.

This direct leadership role will see you supporting the Nurse Unit Manager and act as a professional resource, leader, and support person for your fellow team members, and to provide patients with a high standard of dedicated and specialised care.

Your Skills and Experience

You will be a registered nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 4 years scrub/scout experience essential
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in neurology and vascular surgery as a scrub/scout
  • Willingness to participate in floor coordination role
  • Relevant post graduate qualifications will be highly regarded
  • A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance
  • Clinical leadership experience is desirable but not essential

 

Remuneration

A base hourly rate ranging from $52.86 - $56.93 + superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD Registered Nurse/Midwife Level 2)

Requirements

  • Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
