The Opportunity
This is fantastic for an enthusiastic and energetic individual with a strong customer focus to fill our Hospital Orderly - Team leader position in our busy hospital. This opportunity will see you leading a fantastic team responsible for supporting clinical staff and carrying out orderly tasks such as:
- Transporting patients between wards and departments
- Cleaning and linen / waste removal
- Fetch and carry equipment and supplies.
Hours of work will generally be Monday to Friday 06.30 - 14.30. However, some weekends and afternoon shifts may be required from time to time.
Your Skills and Experience
- Possess Certificate lll in Health Service Assistance
- Demonstrated experience as Patient Services Assistant / Hospital Orderly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team structure and independently as required
- Act in a professional manner at all times when dealing with customers and staff
- A strong willingness to learn and develop a working knowledge of hospital procedures
- Motivated and positive with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
